ABOUT ST DAVIDS YOGA
I'm Lisa Smith, a fully qualified yoga teacher based in St Davids, Pembrokeshire.
Since 1999, I've immersed myself in the world of Yoga, and have been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy.
Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon. Namaste.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
I live in the heart of St Davids, Pembrokeshire, with my husband and grown up kids. I believe this is one of the most beautiful and inspiring places on earth, and I am grateful to call my business St Davids Yoga.
I started Yoga soon after the birth of my son, my second child, because (like many women) I was struggling to cope. From my very first class I knew I'd found a practice that would sustain me - and it has!
I trained with Sadhana Mala and continue to learn from Dave and Ranju. I am delighted to be able to pass on their Art of Viniyoga Foundation Course to my own students in St Davids.
I spend my spare time with family and friends and love walking the coast path with them, followed by a coffee and a chat. I am very interested in Ayurveda and health in general. I also run St Davids Wellbeing.
