A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
I live in the heart of St Davids, Pembrokeshire, with my husband. I believe this is one of the most beautiful and inspiring places on earth, and I am grateful to call my business St Davids Yoga.
Yoga found me soon after the birth of my son, my second child, because (like many women) I was struggling to cope. From my very first class I knew I'd found a practice that would sustain me - and it has!
I trained with Sadhana Mala and continue to train, practice and learn with Dave and Ranju. It has been a privilege to pass on their Art of Viniyoga Foundation Course to my own students in St Davids.
I also work as a wellbeing/management consultant for red10 People Development.
I spend my spare time with family and friends and love walking the coast path with them, followed by a coffee and a chat.
Vedic Chanting, Ayurveda and health in general interest me hugely, and I frequently go to a local pottery class!
