YOGA PHILOSOPHY GROUP

Take time to develop your understanding of Yoga further with this 8-month Yoga Philosophy Course

Following on from the success of previous courses exploring various aspects of Chapters 1, 2 and 3 of Patañjali’s Yoga Sutra, Lisa is now offering a fourth course on the whole of Chapter 2. This is the method of Sadhana, the practice.


Each month the group will discuss, study and chant 4-5 sutras, delving deeper into those sutras studied in previous years.


Patañjali’s Yoga Sutra is one of contemporary Yoga’s sources of inspiration and guidance on how to live a balanced and ethical life - both on and off the mat.
