Our classes are well established, and require a certain level of experience before joining so that you can get the most from your practice.
If you're completely new to yoga, I recommend booking for a course of 1:1 sessions, during which you will learn the basics and build the confidence to join a regular class.
If you have some experience of yoga, but are new to Viniyoga, then please get in touch for a chat, and I may recommend one 1:1 session.
This style of yoga, Viniyoga, is underpinned by Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra and includes careful attention to the breath. It is a gentle form of yoga, yet very deep, and is suitable for all abilities.
