For those who would like to spend more time studying the underpinning philosophy of this approach to Yoga.

• Includes discussion on Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, chanting, & some asana practice - handouts provided.

• First Sunday of each month 3.00-5.30pm

• £30 per session or £100 for complete course of 4.
